So, I discovered yesterday that I probably need a new radiator for my
1998.5 A4 2.8 Quattro car (5-speed). I'm seeing red coolant along the side of the radiator, the only place that's wet (no drips on the ground, no wet hoses, water pump/timing belt/etc. replaced December 2002). What can I expect to pay for labor and parts, and can anyone share cautionary tales I should heed? --> |

I just had one put in my '99 for the same reason, but it was covered
under an extended warranty. The bill said $266. xymergy@suds.com wrote: > So, I discovered yesterday that I probably need a new radiator for my > 1998.5 A4 2.8 Quattro car (5-speed).
