Default Re: V6 longevity?

I have to junp in here.
I Have a '92 100 with the v6. the odometer broke about 6 years ago
with 185,000 miles on it. I estimate that I have around 350,000 miles
on it now. no way of knowing exactly.
The engine is strong. It has several oil leaks that would be too
expensive to fix. a case of oil is much cheaper.
The AC developed a leak last year and I didn't bother fixing it, but
with the sunroof working, who needs ac.
I've gone thru several sets of brakes and suspension work over the
years, and the trans was replaced at around 20,000 miles.
The computer was replaced once, water damage from a passenger side
window being left open during a torential downpour.
Still has the original exhaust system, and the alternator was replaced
for the first time yseterday.
the injectors may have been replace once or twice, and I think I may
be on the second set of spark plugs.
I't doesn't owe me a cent.
I'm putting it up for sale, I just ordered a pre-owned '01 A6.
I don't baby a car.
I'd keep driving it but all my driveing is highway, at SPEED, and the
wife is getting nervous.
It is without a doubt, the best of my 3 audis and one mercedes.
(275,000 miles on the 71 mercedes diesel)
