Dumb question! Have you read the owner's manual?
I've put my Stilo Abarth to bed for the night so I don't want to wake her now :-) From my last read I'm pretty sure there were instructions for replacing headlamp bulbs. Nick ///// --> |

Didn't need to check the workshop manual.
On my Stilo Abarth on the UK offside I can replace all bulbs in a matter of minutes. On the nearside/battery side then things are a little tighter because one would certainly need to remove the large battery cover. At worst I would have to remove the battery and battery box. The only case where bumber removal is required that I can see is when the whole light unit has to be removed, e.g. broken front lens/plastic glass. This is confirmed by my recollection of the service manager saying the people get upset by stone damage to the headlamp glass requires the headlamp to be replaced which also requires the bumper to be moved back and thus also requires the engine undertray etc. to be released as well.
