Default Best Honda for the Desert?

Trying to help a friend decide on the best Honda he can pick up for desert driving.

You only have two choices the ridgeline (truck) or the pilot (suv) But quite frankly i would suggest going with a more purpose built vehicle or a brand with more off road appropriate vehicles.

I am agree that Honda dose not have lot of SUV choice like ford.Honda pilot is good SUV for desert driving.If you not like this than Honda C-RV also good option to buy.My favorite is Honda Pilot.

I love the Ford FX2 or FX4s... They look great and run even better off-road!
I don't have much driving time with Honda but love the Ford F-series

I heard about walker wheels, they are popular because of availability and strength.
